He began his first real job in logistics after graduating from The Ohio State University. He has been afforded the opportunity and privilege to work in most geographic regions of the country. After relocating to Vail, Colorado as a self-proclaimed “ski bum”, he found his true calling into the world of hospitality. Several decades were spent honing his hospitality skills at 4- and 5-star hotels, resorts, restaurants, and clubs from Oregon to Virginia as well as several locations in between.

His career has focused predominately on operations, which he considers both challenging and enjoyable.
