One of the best kept secrets in Senior Living in Palm Beach County! Awesome facility, the residents look very happy and engaged. I visited the community recently for my grandparents and was very impressed with everything that I saw in the independent living facility. I met with Elisa Dansky and she was very thorough and understanding. Residents were very friendly and everyone seemed happy.

This place is amazing. Right from the start I was impressed. The staff are always kind, professional & very helpful (never without a smile throughout the facility) . Anecia Cowell who was my point of contact is amazing. She listens and made sure my mom and I were comfortable. She took her time to help me understand all the different choices. She paired us with Noelle who was apart of the nursing dept, and she to was very patient & helpful. My mom loved her as well. It is definitely a place I would want my mom to live. I visited Discovery and was fortunate to meet with Mrs Dansky. I was looking for my mom who is considering a move from New York. She was so kind and explained everything to me because this was my first experience with investigating senior living. The community is lovely and residents were friendly and welcoming. My challenge is getting my mom to move! I highly recommend meeting with Elisa!

After visiting a few independent living facilities and not thinking it was for me, Lucky day I met with Elisa Dansky at Discovery Village in Boynton Beach. Elisa spent many hours reviewing and showing me around the facility.Ultimately, she showed me a lovely apt. With the view of water and trees that I requested. I moved in 6 months ago. I give Discovery Village and Eliza Dansky a 10 on a scale of 1-10. The food is good, unlike at other facilities and apt. Is lovely. My mom was so skeptical about moving in general. At 91 leaving your home of 31 years. Getting rid of a lot of your belongings because your new place is much smaller. Leaving the comfort zone. We didn’t know what would be. But it had to be done.We discovered Discovery.Our first time here. Elyse helps us out and we toured the place and ran into a friend of my mom. Months and months of her thinking. Finally, she decided it was enough and said she wanted to move. We put the deposit down my mom moved in August of 23. Not expecting anything. But again since Covid she has been alone a lot of the timeThe move went easy as we hired the correct people and set up the apartment as she wanted and felt like home. When we saw the pictures my brother was sending we felt like she didn’t move, because it looked like home. The apartment is very nice. Well-maintained and believe it or not, has lots of space. The only thing we are not on the side where there is a lot of light. But we make do.She loves her dinner group and doesn’t like to miss dinner. It is the first time in years she is out every night for dinner, she was eating microwave food for the longest time. She enjoys most of the food, sometimes she doesn’t like it. But there is a good choice she says. The one thing she doesn’t like is the slowness of the service of the food. Some days it’s good. Most days takes too longShe was doing PT at home for a while and stopped it. But at Discovery, she got her doctor to sign orders and loves it. 3 days a week for an hour. She practically runs there and finally sees that she must work. She loves Kim and Eileen. .She goes to the night entertainment Friday-Sunday. And lunches with whoever she is pair up withUs kids laugh, for she has walked and talked more than she has in the past three years.She enjoys it here a lot and has made good friends. Learned to use her walker all the time and is happier than she has been since before Covid.She seems much livelier and happier than before. And us children are excited that she is socializing again and eating home cooked meals with friends.Thank you. And keep up the good work.

My wife and were out looking for a community for the next phase of my parents life. We were very impressed with the community during our visit and with Elisa Dansky, the sales person. II have had 2 teeth cleanings by Wendy at Care Dental in Boynton Beach on Boynton Beach Blvd..I am a senior and experienced many dental cleanings 3x a year. I have never had such an amazing experience, dare I say, enjoyed having my teeth cleaned. My brother has been a resident at Discovery Village Boynton Beach for over a year and a half. Recently, he ha had some medical issues that have involved hospitalization s and stints in rehabs and most recently a move from independent living to assisted living. Thanks to the caring help of the staff , especially Celes and Clara, all of this has been handled very smoothly and with a great deal of caring. Thank you Discovery Village for the Caring environment and personal care you have given my brother. Excellent Peopledoing excellent work in an excellent environment!.

Three days ago, we received word our mother had been left by a long term caregiver. We rushed to Boynton Beach from our home in Michigan only to find Mom in terrible shape. I immediately began looking for services and miraculously found Elisa at Discovery Villages. Though I had no appointment, Elisa and Clara the head RN, met with me and all but literally held my hand through every step of her transition from negligent care to all the care supports she will now get and need in order to recover. Elisa and Clare worked very quickly and seamlessly (even on days they weren’t scheduled to work) to expediate the process for a very sick woman! Our family has never experienced this kind of kindness from community care. We are awestruck and forever grateful for the Discovery Villages team!

My mom has been in Discovery Village for a little over 2 years. When the Director of Memory Care, Joann, joined the staff, there was a big improvement in my mom’s care. Joanne began doing activities with her clients such as daily exercises; story time where she reads aloud; painting classes; guest speakers and activities; festivities for holidays including a Halloween costume party; therapy dogs; and bus trips to the beach, looking at Christmas decorations etc.. In addition she knows all the medical needs of mom. She shows she cares by sending a monthly activities calendar and discussing mom’s needs with me such as hair being cut and colored; and visits on site with varies doctors ie podiatrist. I am very impressed with the changes Joann has implemented, her caring nature, her constant communication to keep me informed and her treating mom with respect and dignity….Thank you Joann!

Moved my mom in here about 2 months ago. It's a really great place. Everyone is very nice. Elise Dansky helped make the process very easy. It's tough leaving a private house but the apartments here are generous in size. Huge terrace that we use every day,

My wife and I have been here for 5 months and have found the staff to be personal and helpful .We have met many residents who are friendly including couples that we now play canasta and other games with to fill our social life .The best thing is that you meet people from so many different places , experiences and interests .You can also enjoy the dinning, social activities and wellness programs .You will never find everyone agreeing on everything because we all have different tastes and what we expect from independent living .So far we are glad to be here and would welcome anyone to see what awaits them at DISCOVERY VILLAGE .

Enjoy living here but like to mention how great the drivers are . You need to get somewhere they take you no matter how busy their schedule is . Gary the main guy is amazing . He makes our ride so enjoyable and if yiu like music you will be serenaded. He makes sure we are safely in car properly belted and is just a joy to ride with .his other drivers are equally nice so thank you Gary for your kindness and caring and for your crew of drivers .

The entire staff is really fabulous and helpful in so many ways. We were looking for a place to possibly have my mother in law move into. We were given a tour and provided all the information needed to evaluate things.Elisa Dansky was the person who helped us and thoroughly explained everything in great detail. She was wonderful to work with and we enjoyed touring the facility with her.We have decided to hold off at the moment with moving my mother in law, but if things change Discovery Village is our first choice as the place for her.

Top Notch Facility ! Offers independant and assisted living. Excellent meals with fine service by college kids. Numerous acitivities: Entertainment, Movies, Bingo, Lectures etc.Very pleasant, new pool area. Caring and helpful staff. Dedicated and conscientious management. Assisted living offers additional and hands on nurses care tailored to meet individual needs. Outstanding Assisted Living Director that provides extraordinary oversight and is communicative and responsive to residents and their families.

Discovery Village at Boynton Beach is truly a gem. The residents there radiate joy, and the staff's dedication to their well-being is evident. Clara Conaway, the Administrator and Joann Reynolds, the Memory Care Director knew every resident by name, and gave out many hugs. The building is impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. It's heartwarming to see such a happy and caring community!

Elisa Dansky, the staff, and leadership at Discovery Village were extremely helpful, responsive, and caring in assisting my parent with the transition to living in an independent living community. Setting up the apartment was largely hassle free and in spite of having multiple family members participating in this transition, the Discovery Village team was extremely patient. Everyone we've encountered ( front desk, maintenance, residents, other staff) has been friendly and welcoming.

My wife and I moved into Discovery Village Boynton after living in Aberdeen for 24 years. It was quite a surprise that people are so friendly and helpful. We get 2 delicious meals a day, they clean our apartment and do our laundry. Our apartment is large and spacious because this originally was a condo. We have a pool, gym and all kinds of exercise programs. There is something to do every day with movies and entertainment. I highly recommend this community. We love it!

My parents moved into discovery village in Boynton beach 5 weeks ago. It was difficult to get them out of their home, but they finally agreed to try it. Now they are so busy with their new life! They are making friends, exercising, enjoying happy hours, and eating well. Elisa Dansky and the staff have welcomed them and were most patient as they adjusted. When looking for a place to move Mom to Independent living I met with Elisa Dansky at Discovery Village. Elisa was easy to work with as I was moving Mom from New York to Florida. I moved Mom into Discovery Assisted Living at the age of 96 and has been living there for the last 2 years. Clara & Anatalie are extremely attentive to anything I request from them. It is wonderful to know Mom is taken care of even if I can't be there every day.
