We invite you to join us as Discovery University presents our award winning lecture series "The Road to the White House" throughout the highly anticipated 2024 Presidential campaign. At each gathering throughout the year we'll update the state of the Presidential race, and then present our scheduled topic. The scope of our dynamic and unbiased lectures will include the history of the office of President and the constitutional duties, powers and limitations placed upon it, the roles and interactions of the President, Congress and the Courts, the process of winning a major party nomination, biographies of notable Presidents, an examination of the important domestic and foreign policy issues presented during the campaign, an intensive look at the Electoral College and finally, a post-mortem analysis explaining how the race was won in 2024.
