Paula Tyler-Standridge

Executive Director

 Paula brings 12 years of senior living leadership experience to her role at Discovery Village At Twin Creeks, having held executive positions at three high-profile communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex prior to joining our community.
Paula attended Tarrant County Junior College before spending 25 years in multi-family property management. She’s also a licensed Realtor in our native Texas and brings uncommon knowledge and understanding of the moving and lifestyle transition process for seniors and families.. 

Julie Thomas

Director of Activities and Events

 As a native Texan, her experience in corporate administrative functions including HR and Events began in the Dallas area. She has held roles including teaching children, organizing booster events for local sports teams, community volunteer and most recently comes to us from another luxury senior living community. Julie is passionate about discovering the community in which we live, work and play; enjoys fine arts as well as local traditions; celebrating special occasions and taking adventures. Her desire is to engage the community through food, fun and entertainment for all by having more fun today than we did yesterday! 

Ken

Kenneth Schlupp

Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

 Originally from New York, Ken comes to us from Highland Springs in North Dallas with several years of experience working in senior living. Ken has also worked at a high level in several different fields, including Event Management and Finance, working at many top wall street firms. Ken has lived in Dallas for 20 years and has two dogs, Pickles and Lola Jean. Ken is excited to be with Discovery Senior Living because of its impeccable reputation and outstanding communities. Ken’s mission is to maintain Twin Creeks’ exemplary reputation as a warm, fun and safe community where the residents thrive.
