Michael Collins

Executive Director

 Michael brings a passion for and experience working with seniors and having a positive impact in improving their lives. His previous career included more than 30 years in the emergency medical services field where he worked as a Paramedic and was promoted up through the management structure culminating in a Chief Executive Officer’s role. His extensive managerial, operations and customer service experience will compliment his role as our Executive Director. Michael is excited to be a part of the Discovery Senior Living organization and looks forward to working with and building relationships with everyone at the Twin Creeks community. 

Julie Thomas

Director of Activities and Events

 As a native Texan, her experience in corporate administrative functions including HR and Events began in the Dallas area. She has held roles including teaching children, organizing booster events for local sports teams, community volunteer and most recently comes to us from another luxury senior living community. Julie is passionate about discovering the community in which we live, work and play; enjoys fine arts as well as local traditions; celebrating special occasions and taking adventures. Her desire is to engage the community through food, fun and entertainment for all by having more fun today than we did yesterday!
