Chasity Stapleton-LaFluer brings more than ten years of senior living experience to her role with Discovery Village At Stuart. She began her career in mortgage lending, but also volunteered at a senior living community planning activities for the residents – that is where she found her true calling. Later in her career to fulfill her passion for serving seniors, she worked as a Business Office Manager and eventually Executive Director at a senior living community. She is very excited about the opportunity to serve the wonderful community of Discovery Village At Stuart. Business Office Manager

Aleksandra Cohen brings a decade of senior living experience to her role as a Business Office Manager. She began her career in the hospitality industry, working her way through all the departments, eventually taking on the role of a Director of Operations for a large hospitality management company. Meeting great people during her career led her to the senior living industry.

Aleksandra joined the Discovery Senior Living team at the beginning of 2021. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.

Crystal Collier

Memory Care Director

Crystal is committed to helping seniors live healthy and fulfilling lives. She is passionate about serving seniors and building a community of personalized care, where residents thrive socially, physically, and emotionally.

Crystal is a well-known resource in the community, forging relationships with primary care doctors, neurologist, and other professionals. She is an accomplished speaker and educator. She has created and facilitated numerous support groups, caregiver, family, and staff education programs, workshops, and impressive fundraising events.

Crystal has been serving seniors for over 13 years. She started her career providing care navigation to low income, underserved seniors. It was in this capacity that she adopted her life motto, a quote by Maya Angelo. “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Crystal was born and raised in Florida. She obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Florida. Crystal has three children and enjoys camping, reading, and making YouTube fishing videos with her husband.
Crystal is excited to continue her journey with the Discovery Village at Stuart team in this capacity. She is looking forward to serving our residents, their families, and fellow team members!

Brooke Santino

Brooke Santino

Celebrations Director

Brooke lives on a ranch in Palm City. She went to Treasure Coast High School and graduated with high honors. After high school Brooke knew she wanted a career that she truly enjoyed and to work alongside people and not be stuck behind a desk. She became a preschool teacher which she loved being a part of their lives and helping them grow. She knew she could do more and just didn’t know where the right fit was until a friend told her she knew of a job that was perfect for her. That’s when Brooke made the switch from preschool to assisted living. She worked as an activity assistant for 3 years at a facility, but she knew she needed to be at Discovery Village when she met the team at Dream Flights event for senior veterans. Brooke came to discovery November 2022 as an activity assistant. Brooke is now our Celebrations Director. What Brooke loves about this job is connecting with the residents, creating memories, and having every day be different.

Bryan Shoaff

Director of Health & Wellness

Bryan Shoaff was born and raised in Pittsburgh PA. Relocated to the Treasure Coast in 2002. Bryan has been in nursing since 2008 where he has experience in the Operating room, Triage, Long term elder care and Rehab.

Bryan has his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Bryan also has his Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. In the most recent years Bryan has successfully held Director roles in Operations, Risk Management, and Infection Control. Bryan is responsible for making sure the Health and Wellbeing of every resident is maintained to a high standard, by overseeing the clinical care of Discovery Villages residents.

In his spare time, He enjoys spending time with family, Boxing/MMA, Amusement parks, and live music.

Mareewan is a seasoned Dining Services Director with a deep-rooted passion for culinary excellence and creating exceptional dining experiences. With over 15 years of dedicated service in the food and hospitality industry, always pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation to ensure every meal served is a memorable and delightful experience.

Mareewan is skilled in menu planning, budget management, staff leadership, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. He takes pride in his ability to orchestrate diverse culinary offerings while maintaining the highest standards of quality, nutrition, and safety. Mareewan has successfully overseen dining operations in California, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Florida.

When he is not crafting delightful menus, Mareewan enjoys fine art, drawling, and spending time with my fur babies.

Tracy Boles

Sales Counselor

Tracy has worked in the Senior Living industry for 16 years, she has been with Discovery since 2019. Tracy began her journey working in the field of Home Health, then transitioned to Brookdale Senior Living as a Sales Move In Coordinator. From that position, Tracy learned all the ways in which to help a family with many facets involved with the transition into Senior Living. Tracy has continued that dedication in her current role as Sales Counselor.
Tracy is extremely dedicated and has the upmost compassion and empathy for serving seniors. She is known for forming relationships that last long beyond the initial sales process. Tracy truly enjoys helping families and is fully committed to finding the right solution, at the right time, and being a resource throughout.
Tracy has 2 sons and 7 grandbabies who she loves dearly! The grandbabies keep her very busy on the weekends with the many sporting events she attends!
